Drawing from nearly 30 years continuous experience leading the entire marine closure industry in product development, our designers can adapt our proven designs or develop entirely new solutions.

Using the most current computer aided design software including 3D modeling, computer generated rendering and animation our designers can take any concept or closure requirement and develop a solution.

Custom, one-of-a-kind closures like this remotely activated, hydraulically operated watertight hatch are everyday projects for our team. The design brief for this closure required all mechanicals such as controller, rams and valving be contained within the hatch with only a small pump to be recessed into the vessel’s bulkhead. PCM designers working with the Sales / Project Manager developed a solution that surpassed every criteria the client envisioned.
