Pacific Coast Marine has it’s main office and factory in a 55,000 square foot (5100 square meter) facility located in Everett, Washington U.S.A., the center of aerospace and advanced technologies. The state of the art factory is equipped with a complete CNC Machine Shop; a 1000 square foot (93 square meter) high capacity automated paint tunnel; a Flow Systems water jet; a Quintex 5 axis CNC bridge router/mill; and Fronius TransPuls Synergic Welding systems.

More important than high efficiency equipment and the flexible manufacturing and assembly process floor that occupies PCM are the craftspeople that staff the facility. The years of experience the average team member brings to the job guarantees the quality and finish of PCM product. A philosophy of continuous improvement by empowering workers to make changes to reduce waste and improve product is a cornerstone of the entire organization. PCM respects the knowledge, skill and experience each employee offers. The latest technology and facilities simply support the craftspeople as they manufacture the best marine closures available.

To better serve our customers, Pacific Coast Marine opened a sales and service office in Haarlem, The Netherlands. This office provides a base of operations for PCM Service Technicians and sales staff to support our customers in Europe, the Mediterranean and Middle East.
